Your Support in Action
Uniting Programs Under One Roof
Our new facility brings together a high concentration of Division of Nursing and Allied Health programs under one roof, including, but not limited to: Nursing, Practical Nursing, Sonography, Surgical Technology, Phlebotomy, and Medical Assistant.
Countering the Nursing Shortage
Nationally, institutions are facing hurdles in meeting the growing demand for healthcare professionals. Over 250 qualified applicants are waitlisted annually at BRCC due to space and faculty limitations, yet the industry projects 175,900 RN job openings annually. With your support, our new facility will help bridge this gap and strengthen our healthcare workforce.
Setting the Pace for Evolving Nursing Needs
The impressive 92,800-square-foot Nursing & Allied Health Building is designed to cater to the evolving needs of modern nursing and allied health professionals. The facility will have capacity for 1,500 students.
State-of-the-Art Learning Facilities
The building will feature state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories, a simulation hospital, experiential learning spaces, study zones, and even a fitness center. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment for students to flourish while developing essential in-demand skills.
Hands-On Learning & Simulations
The new facility will focus on fostering hands-on learning and house cutting-edge simulation equipment that replicates real-life medical scenarios. This will empower students to enhance their critical thinking, decision-making abilities, and patient care techniques.
Potential for Growth
The new facility will allow BRCC to add high-demand programs in Respiratory Care, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Athletic Training, and more.
